TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) is a high-resolution gas analysis technology based on semiconductor lasers.
Working Principle
TDLAS exploits the narrow linewidth and wavelength tunability of semiconductor diode lasers to scan characteristic absorption lines of gas molecules. By measuring the attenuation of laser intensity as it passes through the gas (Beer-Lambert Law), gas concentration is precisely calculated.
